Why is it...

that when things are stressful, you don't feel good and it's raining outside that seems like the perfect time for your mind to walk down memory's lane? WTF!!!! As if that is helpful...NOT!

That's the perfect time for melancholy! Then, as the weather clears and you start feeling better, your mood lifts a little, too, doesn't it?

At least that's my excuse for renting sad movies and feeling sorry for myself on rainy days.

fortunately it doesn't rain here often, right!? RIGHT!?

It'll be sunshiny tomorrow - maybe it'll help with your funk.

Maybe Sarah Palin will drop out of the race. Oh, that's *my* funk.

I know how you can get your mind off of melancholy!! Just think about the Denver Broncos baby! Oh wait.. never mind, now I'm sad too.. ;)

I don't think my mind has ever been helpful.

Living in our minds is such a horrible place to be sometimes.. especially when we start wandering down the past... i know.. it's hard.. better days are ahead for us both... we just have to believe it and know it... we will get through it all and come out much better on the other side.. we must believe my friend.
