Loosing my ass...

or at least I am hoping to do that soon! I have lost 10 pounds in the past 3 months but then it stopped. Not slowed down, decreased...STOPPED! So I signed up for weight watchers again (not excited), created a meal plan for the month and scheduled daily work outs! I actually thought about taking a picture of myself for all of you to see! NOT!!!! So just trust me...20 pounds extra is not cute. So keep your fingers crossed and stopped tempting me with cookies, pizza and beer. Okay...maybe I'll take the beer. Not ready to give up everything.

Best of luck... I lost 55 lbs on WW in 2006. Then I got pregnant and had to eat so I wouldn't get heart burn. All that time spent building healthy eating habits went out the window!

Oh, and I didn't forget your book... I have a sick baby and haven't been out much. I am so embarrassed it is taking me so long!

Sweet! Congrats on the loss! And hey, look on the bright side.. losing 10 is way better than gaining 10. :)So you are doing awesome no matter what.

Good luck! I was doing great with riding my bike until the temps reached 100. As soon as it cools off, I'm back out there. You've inspired me.

I hate the plateau! I am right there with you trying to get that last 10 off, those 10 lovely pounds that so loves my bum!

let me help you with this...you have to get on the treadmill or elyptical machine for 1 whole hour and keep your heartbeat between 120 and 130, which I'm guessing is much slower than you've been going. It's slow and boring, but that is the fat burning zone. I've been with a personal trainer for 9 months. It works... Trust me. Good luck

I haven't worked out in ages, if it makes you feel better. I'm with Gwen- if it's too hot, I'm out. And I hate gyms, so there isn't much left besides videos at home.
And my house is a mess right now, so...

Excuses, excuses.
